You'll sit at the centre of business goals, user needs, design, engineering, and compliance—ensuring products feel effortless for borrowers even though they're powered by bank‑grade rules and data.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can take that high‑level vision for the digital lending vertical and turn it into a clear roadmap, detailed requirements, and continuously‑shipped value. You'll sit at the centre of business goals, user needs, design, engineering, and compliance—ensuring products feel effortless for borrowers even though they're powered by bank‑grade rules and data.
What You'll Be Doing
- Translate vision into action - turn top‑level goals into a clear product strategy, outcome‑driven roadmap, and crisp requirements
- Drive discovery - run user interviews, map journeys, analyze funnel data, and validate solutions before engineering kicks off
- Leverage AI end‑to‑end - use LLMs and other gen‑AI tools for ideation, competitive research, spec writing, prototyping, and workflow automation—and coach the team on adopting the same practices
- Own the backlog - write Product Briefs, Requirement Documents and user stories, slice MVPs, and keep delivery moving without slipping into project‑management busywork
- Partner with Design & Engineering - lead working sessions, iterate on prototypes, make real‑time trade‑offs, and ship value quickly
- Measure & iterate - define success metrics, instrument analytics, run experiments, and double‑down on what moves the needle
- Raise the bar - mentor teammates on product best practices and help level‑up our rituals in a small, fast‑moving organisation
Must-Have
- 5‑8+ years as a tech Product Manager with at least one fintech, banking, or lending product shipped (mortgages or consumer credit a plus)
- Comfortable owning regulated, data‑heavy products—able to embed policy, compliance, and risk constraints into elegant user flows
- Fluent in analytics and experimentation: you pull your own queries, frame hypotheses, and make calls based on evidence, not gut feel
- Proven track record of 0‑to‑1 builds or major re‑platforms in an agile environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication—you bring clarity and decisive prioritisation to cross‑functional teams
- Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to collaborate during North American time zones
- Hands‑on experience with mortgage origination systems, LOS/POS platforms, or credit‑decisioning engines
- Exposure to open banking, embedded finance, or capital‑markets funding structures
- Previous start‑up or scale‑up experience where you balanced strategic thinking with sleeves‑rolled‑up delivery
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Flexible working hours and remote work options
- Opportunity to work with a passionate and talented team
- Chance to contribute to the growth and success of an innovative technology company
- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement
