About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Courted team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive in the proptech/fintech/saas space with an ACV between $5k-$50k. You will be selling into Residential Real Estate Brokerages, targeting Managing Brokers and Owners. These individuals are high-energy, goal-driven sales professionals who thrive on making impactful decisions and driving results. This position will execute and own the full sales cycle.

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being in our NYC Headquarters (Chelsea) 3 days a week.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share
  • Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets


  • Proactive and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive approach to client needs and challenges, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed
