Summary:

The Data and Product Support Specialist is responsible for coordinating, implementing, documenting and escalating CRM and TMS (Transaction Management System) data entry and advanced configurations to facilitate the onboarding process and data validation for the MaverickRE software, as well as troubleshooting client issues via chat and email. This role will be remote, email, chat and phone based. This role reports to Brendon Taylor - Solutions Engineer.

Applicants should have exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with the patience to accomplish repetitive precise tasks. This role may require direct communication through email, tickets, video and phone calls in order to align client expectations and retrieve guidance for their desired configurations. Candidates are not required to have prior real estate or marketing experience, but should be willing to learn the intricacies of the MaverickRE product and the nuances and functionality of the CRMs and TMS tools we integrate with. Overall we are looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented and who are comfortable with technology and data entry/standardization.

Requirements:

  • Experience with large data sets and normalization of non standardized data
  • Prior Excel or similar spreadsheet software usage, beginner to intermediate skills
  • Familiarity with APIs and Postman or other HTTP REST clients or platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM or TMS software and previous experience entering or editing data within these tools
  • Consistent work habits and strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, and work independently toward deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well in a small group setting and in a remote work environment
  • Ability to understand and convey detailed information
  • Understanding of real estate and the real estate profession a plus, but not necessary

Responsibilities:

  • Manually export, normalize, input data into TMS software in order to aggregate and unify data between CRM and transaction records
  • Verify existing records to ensure data standards
  • Monitor client chats and emails to provide quick support and troubleshooting
  • Confirm TMS-side updates are reflected in MaverickRE tool and powering reliant features
  • Maintain existing documentation and build new documentation (Google Sheets/Docs/Excel Spreadsheets) based on internal organization of MaverickRE TMS data management onboarding process
  • Provide overview and status updates to internal teams and clients in technical onboarding phase
  • Communicate disparities or insufficient data within the context of the MaverickRE system requirements to escalate to CSM team

System Requirements:

  • Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
  • Ram should be at least 16 gig with 100 gb Free disk space
  • Should have a back-up Computer with the same specs
  • A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
  • At least 20 mbps & up wired connection for main isp
  • Back up internet is a must (strictly no USB Sticks allowed)

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: starts at Php 45,000
