What you'll do: Create, optimise, and manage the development of paid media accounts delivering against performance, return on investment, and revenue targets. You will support Ylopo's Marketing team. You will be tested so please only submit your application if you're confident with creating these ads and all the different elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup new PPC Accounts (Google, Bing, Google Analytics)
  • Manage Internal Documents / Report to keep track of our account performance
  • Distribute PPC tasks using Helpdesk tools to our PPC Analyst
  • Create / update PPC performance report
  • Ensure that all PPC related reports and sheets is up to date
  • Troubleshoot/Flagged any errors in our reports / sheets
  • Assist Team lead and Analyst to some various PPC tasks if needed
  • Perform various PPC minor tasks to help out the team lighten the workload

Job Requirements:

  • Be Flexible with working hours and deadlines as needed.
  • Willing to work PST Hours (Graveyard shift PH) - [Required]
  • Has an experienced handling Search/PPC related work preferably with Google Ads and Bing - [Required]
  • Knows how to setup, manage and troubleshoot Google ads/Bing accounts - [Required]
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. - [Required]
  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Excel Formula - [Required]
  • knows how to use Google Ads editor - [Required]
  • Understand PPC metrics relations (Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, etc.) - [Advantage]
  • Have a good knowledge with Budget pacing - [Advantage]
  • Knows how to optimize base on the account's set KPI - [Advantage]
  • knows how to use third party Digital Marketing tools such as Supermetrics, Search Ads 360, SEMRush, Spyfu, Screamingfrog, etc. - [Advantage]
  • Advanced level Data management (SQL, Google Script, Tableau, etc.) - [Advantage]
  • Knows how to use Helpdesk tools/software preferably Zendesk - [Advantage]

System Requirements:

  • The processor should be 2.0ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required for both main and back-up hardware
  • Ram should be at least 8 GB with 100 gb Free disk space
  • A headset with the noise-canceling feature
  • 10 Mbps & up wired connection for the main internet service
  • strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup internet connection

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: starts at 35,000
