Responsibilities:

• Manage the set-up and optimization of hundreds of clients per month on the Google Business Profile platform
• Constant email communication with clients to get all the needed information for the set-up/optimization
• Create and update contents in client’s GMB profile
• Process the optimization report of the optimized clients, provide continuous assistance and troubleshoot issues relating to the client’s GMB profile
• Work directly with Google support team to resolve client issues

Requirements:

• Min 1-2 years experience in Google services (Google My Business, Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Google Analytics)
• The right candidate will be extremely organized and capable of multitasking
• Great written English and communication /client management skills
• Preferably with background in SEO and basic design skills
• Team-player, adaptable and with problem solving skills
• Experience with Zendesk and Google Workspace is a plus

System Requirements:

• Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
• Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 GB Free disk space
• USB Headset
• At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main isp
• strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup isp

Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard

Rate: rate starts at PHP 45,000
