Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- Willing and fit to work graveyard shift, full-time
- Willing to use a time-tracking app
- At least 1 year of Facebook Marketing experience
- Excellent and effective written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
- Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Works accurately and has high attention to detail
- Mid to Advanced knowledge of Facebook Business Manager experience
- Quick learner who retains information easily
- Ability to problem-solve and analyze results and make suggestions to the client based on their individual results
- Committed to ongoing education and training to stay on top of the Facebook platform, rules, regulations, strategies, and updates for proper ad execution, implementation & client success
- A proactive team player
Job Role:
- Create Facebook Ads Campaigns both for product testing and scaling
- Help daily refreshing ads and monitoring reports
- Recommend new strategies based on data and testing
- Adjust FB campaign budgets and end dates
- Communicate with clients through email
- Creative Management - ensure we always have good-quality videos & images to use
- Help set up processes that would ensure deadlines are met
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 is highly required
- Ram should be at least 8 gig with 100 GB free disk space
- Headset with noise canceling feature
- At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
- strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
