We’re hiring a senior AI engineer to own RAG systems, MCP, and tool integrations for ARDI — our production AI assistants used by real estate associations and MLSs across North America.

This role is for someone who enjoys turning messy data + APIs into reliable AI tools.

Not prompt hacking. Not research.

What you’ll do

• Build and improve production RAG pipelines
• Design and operate MCP servers and tools
• Connect ARDI to new APIs, datasets, and systems
• Improve grounding, retrieval accuracy, and trust
• Debug hallucinations by fixing retrieval and context
• Work closely with product and customers on real use cases

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with RAG systems
• Real experience with MCP and tool orchestration
• Python in production environments
• Vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Experience with ingestion pipelines and unstructured data
• Senior-level judgment: you know why things break

Nice to have

• Azure or cloud-native deployments
• AI agents / multi-tool systems
• Search, IR, or NLP background
• Enterprise or regulated data experience
