The Role
This is a full-cycle new business role where you’ll own deals from first contact through to close.
You’ll engage with property managers, directors, and business owners - helping them uncover operational challenges and clearly see how Tapi solves them.
You’ll work across a mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and industry engagement, while managing your own territory and pipeline.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own your territory and hit monthly new business targets
- Prospect and build new opportunities through outbound activity
- Run discovery calls and deliver tailored product demos
- Progress inbound and event-generated leads
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline forecasting
- Represent Tapi at industry events
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience running full sales cycles
- Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills
- SaaS experience preferred
- Property, Real Estate, or PropTech experience highly regarded
