We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our UK expansion from London.
At Tapi, we're transforming how property maintenance is done across Australia, NZ, and now the UK. We're looking for a commercially sharp, people-smart closer who's ready to own their patch, win deals, and help us scale in a brand new market.

🚀 You'll:
- Own your pipeline end to end, from first outreach through to close
- Run full-cycle sales with property managers, directors, and business owners
- Deliver tailored product demos that speak to real pain points
- Hit and exceed monthly new business targets
- Work a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced opportunities
- Partner with Sales leadership and Customer Success to drive results and retention
- Travel occasionally for key meetings, deals, and industry events
👀 We're looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, PropTech, or related industry preferred)
- Has a proven track record of hitting quota in fast-paced environments
- Communicates clearly, negotiates confidently, and knows how to win
- Thrives working autonomously and takes pride in their results
- Brings energy, optimism, and chutzpah to everything they do
