We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to help launch and scale Tapi in the UK.
At Tapi, we’re transforming how property maintenance is done. We’re the market leader in Australia and New Zealand, and now we’re bringing Tapi to the UK. We’re looking for a high-impact seller who’s ready to own their patch, win new business, and help build our UK growth engine from the ground up.

🚀 You’ll:
- Own full-cycle new business sales, from prospecting through to close
- Build and manage a strong outbound-led pipeline across the UK market
- Engage directly with directors, business owners, and property managers
- Run tailored demos that clearly connect Tapi’s value to customer pain points
- Hit and exceed monthly new business targets
- Represent Tapi at customer meetings, events, and industry conferences
- Work closely with Sales leadership and Customer Success to drive long-term customer outcomes
👀 We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS, property or PropTech a plus)
- Has a proven track record of hitting quota in fast-paced environments
- Is confident prospecting, running demos, and negotiating deals
- Can run their own patch with discipline, structure, and accountability
- Understands complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Brings energy, resilience, and a genuine desire to win
- Wants to grow with Tapi as we scale in the UK
