We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build the pipeline and fuel our Aussie growth.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Aussie sales team and be the engine room of our pipeline. This role is all about generating qualified leads and booking high-quality meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers: reaching out; sparking interest; and identifying the right fit. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to bring in new opportunities and help drive the growth of Tapi across Australia.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent Tapi with confidence and empathy. Understand our product and how it solves real problems for property managers.
  • Source and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and marketing-generated interest.
  • Book high-quality meetings with the right prospects for our BDMs to convert.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM. Log all activity, track lead status, and stay organised.
  • Partner with Marketing to close the loop on campaigns and improve lead quality.
  • Continuously test and refine outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.
  • Keep a close eye on your pipeline. Follow up, nurture, and re-engage where needed.
  • Be a key part of our sales rituals. Sharing insights, collaborating on new ideas, and celebrating wins.

You’re curious, coachable, and full of energy. Whether you’re early in your sales career or you’re bringing some experience with you, what matters most is your drive to learn, help customers, and make things happen.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a natural communicator. Clear, warm, and engaging over phone and email.
  • Is proactive and resilient. Comfortable reaching out cold and handling rejection.
  • Thinks commercially. You understand business needs and love connecting dots.
  • Is organised and disciplined. You know how to manage your time and pipeline.
  • Has experience in a sales or outbound role (bonus points if it’s SaaS, but not essential).
  • You want to grow with our business. We develop our people.
