We’re hiring a Head of Sales (ANZ) to lead, coach and scale an awesome sales team.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Head of Sales, ANZ to lead the charge in building and managing an existing world-class sales team and increasing sales velocity in Australia and New Zealand. This role is about growing revenue, developing people, and building repeatable sales processes.

You’ll be responsible for coaching and developing our current team of Business Development Managers, bringing structure and clarity to our sales engine, and scaling the team to match our growth ambitions.

You’ll report directly to the CEO and own the ANZ sales target. The role would ideally be based in Brisbane, however, will consider other locations for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Business Development Managers
  • Drive the ANZ sales plan, pipeline, and revenue performance. With a focus on increasing sales velocity each month
  • Deliver individual deals alongside your sales team target
  • Create scalable sales processes, set up the sales engine, sequences, automations and and performance tracking
  • Recruit and ramp new sales hires as we grow the region
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align go-to-market execution
  • Own the SaaS metrics - ARR (from new sales), New Properties, CAC, CAC Payback. Prioritise and optimise the most effective activities and channels.
  • Help shape new sales initiatives, expansion strategies, and performance incentives
  • Champion a culture of excellence, delivery and fun

Who You Are

You're a builder. A coach. A high-performance driver who gets energy from seeing your team succeed. You understand how to take a good team and make it great.

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in sales leadership
  • Proven track record of hitting targets and scaling teams in high-growth environments
  • Metric driven, loves looking at data, setting up systems and processes to scale sales performance
  • A hands-on leader who’ll get stuck in. You’ll have an individual sales target alongside your team target.
  • Experience implementing or improving sales processes, reporting, and playbooks
  • Outstanding communicator with emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Motivated by results, team wins, and customer outcome
