As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer to support our marketing team in bringing our website and digital experiences to life.

Role Overview:

As our Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for translating our marketing team’s designs into fully functional Webflow websites. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our site is visually appealing, responsive, and optimised for performance. This is a remote contractor position based in the Philippines.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop responsive and high-quality Webflow websites based on design assets provided by our marketing team.
  • Implement animations, interactions, and CMS functionality within Webflow.
  • Ensure websites are optimised for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Webflow-related issues quickly.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices for Webflow development and performance improvements.
  • Manage Webflow project settings, hosting, and integrations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven expertise as a Webflow developer with a strong portfolio of Webflow sites.
  • Advanced knowledge of Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and integrations.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and web performance optimisation.
  • Basic knowledge of custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Contract Details:

  • Type: Contractor (Remote, Philippines)
  • Hours: 7am - 4pm PHT, Monday - Friday
  • Compensation: Competitive based on experience and speed of execution.
  • Start Date: ASAP
