Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support our product team in various capacities, ensuring that our product processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product operations: Monitor and moderate key product processes to ensure we deliver a high level of customer experience. Including Processing invoices, documents and customer details where automations are bi-passed. Monitor product error channels and work with customer, product and engineering on solutions.
  • Product Support: Assist in managing product operations, including the coordination of product development activities, maintaining product documentation, and tracking project timelines.
  • Data Management: Collect, organise, and analyse product-related feedback and data to provide insights that drive product decisions and improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance product operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update product manuals, guidelines, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback, relaying important insights to the product team to inform product enhancements.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the product team, including scheduling meetings, preparing KPI reports, and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a product operations role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Speak and write fluently in English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets), and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify issues and develop solutions independently.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working in a remote environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
