About the role

We're seeking a Senior QA Engineer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality to elevate our products to new heights. As a key player in our team, you'll lead QA initiatives and ensure our solutions are robust, reliable, and user-friendly.

Day to day in the role, you will:

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and cases that cover all aspects of our products.
• Conduct thorough functional, regression, and performance QA testing to identify and resolve issues before they reach production.
• Spearhead test automation efforts using Cypress, optimising our CI/CD pipeline for efficiency and reliability.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to align on requirements, provide valuable insights, and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, constantly refining our QA processes and methodologies.

About you

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices
• Several years of QA experience in fast-paced, agile environments
• Strong programming skills, particularly in JavaScript and Python
• Extensive experience with test automation using Cypress
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and QA best practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, or Locust)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
• Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure
• Experience with Elixir or Erlang is advantageous
• Knowledge of test automation using Datadog is advantageous
