This role offers the opportunity to lead at the forefront of sustainable capital planning across a diverse range of facilities—including commercial, residential, and recreational properties. You’ll help clients make informed, future-ready decisions through scalable, data-driven solutions.

Grounded in our core values, you’ll contribute to a culture of grit, accountability, creativity, and trust while collaborating across SPG’s interdisciplinary teams. This is a chance to shape our sustainability services, deliver real impact, and contribute meaningfully to a decarbonized future.

We’re a high-impact, mission-driven team with an entrepreneurial spirit—if you thrive in dynamic environments and care deeply about sustainability, you’ll enjoy this role.

  • Support clients through ongoing projects, helping them navigate how to implement sustainability measures effectively.
  • Lead and support the execution of consulting projects—including site visits and field verifications—as required.

3. Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the Consulting team—sharing best practices and fostering a learning culture.
