Job Title: Industry Relations Manager - Real Estate.

Location: Remote (must be in Canada).

Job Type: Full-Time.

Salary: Base salary of $80,000-$90,000 plus up to $100,000 On-Target Commission.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Industry Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing real estate boards and establishing new partnerships within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate and technology, with at least 5 years of experience. They will be responsible for fostering relationships with CRMs, agent website companies, and other key industry players to drive integration and collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing real estate boards, understanding their needs and ensuring our technology solutions align with their goals.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish new partnerships with CRMs, agent website companies, and other relevant industry players to enhance our integration capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for industry relations and partnership growth.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to inform partnership and integration strategies.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive value for both parties.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of our technology with partner platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and user experience.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the evolving needs of real estate professionals.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build and strengthen industry relationships.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on industry relations or partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing industry relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work
