Why this role exists
As Revive grows, the office and our in-person marketing presence become increasingly important to how we operate and how we show up to customers, partners, and the market. This role exists to ensure our workplace runs smoothly day to day and that our in-office and off-site events are executed with consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The Office & Events Operations Manager owns the physical experience of Revive — from maintaining a high-functioning office environment to planning and executing marketing events, hosted experiences, and off-site activations that support our brand and business growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in execution, anticipates needs, and ensures both internal operations and external-facing events run seamlessly.
What you will do
- Own daily office operations, ensuring the workplace is clean, organized, stocked, and professional at all times
- Manage office vendors and services, including cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and supplies
- Serve as the primary coordinator for in-office and off-site marketing events, hosted experiences, and company gatherings
- Plan and execute event logistics including venue coordination, catering, supplies, signage, setup, breakdown, and on-site support
- Support marketing-led events where Revive showcases its services, partners, or programs
- Prepare conference rooms and shared spaces for meetings, presentations, and events
- Greet and host guests, partners, and vendors, ensuring a polished on-site experience
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Support expense organization, receipt uploads, and basic operational tracking
- Ensure events and office operations are executed on time, on brand, and with attention to detail

- Proactive and comfortable handling tasks without needing reminders or close supervision
- Service-oriented and enjoy supporting people, teams, and guests
- Dependable, detail-focused, and consistent in follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Clear and professional communicator with team members, guests, and vendors
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative, office management, or operations role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, in-office environment
- Experience supporting meetings, workshops, or company events is a plus
- Ability to lift, set up, and break down event materials as needed
