The Inside Sales Rep is the front line of our growth engine — the person who starts meaningful conversations and sets the stage for our advisors to deliver results. This role exists because speed and quality matter.

We’re also building our future sales bench. This position is designed for people who want to learn the business, master the process, and grow into trusted Property Advisors who lead deals, drive revenue, and help homeowners win.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound leads via phone, text, email, and chat with urgency and professionalism

  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach to real estate agents and homeowners

  • Qualify leads and set meetings for Property Advisors

  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM

  • Manage scheduling, reschedules, and follow-ups to keep deals moving

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize conversion rates

  • Participate in training sessions to sharpen your sales craft and advance your career

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or similar high-contact roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM

  • Goal-driven and eager to learn

  • Real estate or proptech experience is necessary

Total Compensation (Base + Bonus/Commission)
$50,000$80,000 USD

COMPENSATION RANGE AND CONSIDERATIONS:

The range listed is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and it may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, and equity package.
