Revive is looking for an Office Coordinator to support the rapid growth of our Irvine location. As the top tech startup in the renovations and real estate industry, we have grown year over year and expect to double in size this year. As our Office Coordinator you will be responsible for being one of the first people that visitors meet when they come to the office. You will occasionally host breakfast, lunch, and evening events as well as help teams prepare for conferences across the county. For anyone who is new to working in a startup environment, we hope that you will be comfortable working irregular hours (M-F, don't worry you'll still get to enjoy your weekends) and going above and beyond to ensure everyone in the company is taken care of.   • Assist team in a variety of areas and day-to-day operations
  • Act as an office liaison with facility staff and contractors in order to order office supplies, manage vendors (cleaners, building contacts), etc
  • Collaborate with a large number of employees in the office to ensure that everyday operations operate smoothly
  • Assist with office management & office culture related items
  • Front desk responsibilities including filtering calls, generating correspondence/memos, and developing new processes/procedures, keeping the office clean and tidy
  • Oversee the preparation of documents, the management of confidential files, the handling of mail, and the keeping of records
  • Brainstorm and create company-wide events that increase company engagement
  • Work on numerous special projects across all company divisions


  • Attention to detail with a passion for administrative tasks that can be checked off a to-do list

  • Strong communication skills on multiple platforms and mediums (email, text, in person, video calls, etc.)

  • Valid Drivers License with a working vehicle and insurance
Nice to Have
  • Experience working for a startup or tech company
  • Experience in the real estate, renovations, or construction industries
Base compensation for this role is between 45-50k depending on experience.
