Revive’s Property Advisors are responsible for helping guide homeowners and real estate agents through the renovations process. You will be discussing and developing scopes of work for both pre-sale and custom renovation projects. As a salesperson at Revive you will be educating prospective clients on the value of working with Revive and creating raving fans from existing clients (real estate agents) who continue to bring us business.

Revive sets itself apart from competitors by providing accurate project estimates, giving transparent answers to project financing questions, and going the extra mile to ensure the homeowner as well as real estate agent are both supported throughout the process. The ideal candidate is a salesperson who knows real estate, has been through construction projects, and enjoys building as well as maintaining a pipeline of business.

Each Property Advisor is responsible for a specific geographic territory around the country, but this role will work from our Irvine, CA headquarters and is expected to be onsite 5 days/week.


  • Maintain a pipeline of both new and existing business via your geography of agents
  • Meet virtually with agents and homeowners to evaluate home renovation projects
  • Develop scopes of work and make recommendations on pre-sale renovations that will maximize the value of the home as well as meet any homeowner or agent goals
  • Follow-up with potential clients after estimates are provided to answer any questions, edit scopes of work, and ultimately close the sale
  • Build relationships & successful partnerships with real estate brokerage firms and their agents to maintain your pipeline of projects
  • Grow the Revive brand across your market of business, both through nurturing repeat business as well as cold calling on new agents that haven’t used Revive



  • 4+ years in the real estate, interior design, or home improvement industry
  • 4+ years of experience in a commission-driven sales role
  • Ability to scope out construction projects and answer client questions relating to, but not limited to, kitchens, baths, flooring, roofing, landscaping, and more
  • Comfort with cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
  • Past experience excelling in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong presentation skills, primarily via Zoom, but also in person

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing fix n flip projects, either your own or for clients/investors
  • Real estate or proptech startup experience
  • Experience selling to clients across time zones
  • Licensed real estate agent

Total compensation for this role would fall between 60-120k depending on commission. Base pay is 60k and commissions are uncapped so exceeding 120k is achievable.
