WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will proactively engage our real estate brokerage partners & agents to generate opportunities for Revive services. You will also raise awareness of Revive and create interest and referrals from real estate professionals. While this is a remote position, you will be expected to grow our presence in the Miami and South Florida markets. To successfully do this we expect our Channel Sales Manager to visit real estate brokerage offices at least 2-3 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and establish successful partnerships with real estate brokerages
  • Cold call and cold email potential brokerage partners to develop your own book of business
  • Activate agents within the brokerages to generate opportunities
  • Grow the revenue and lead flow from assigned partners
  • Passionately voice support for Revive's products and solutions to real estate agents and brokerages
  • Understand and deliver compelling value proposition presentations on Revive services and platform
  • Work with other team members to establish new partnerships beyond brokerages
  • Identify prospective clients' wants and needs through an engaging and consultative sales approach
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals, build our pipeline, and provide excellent service to our partners

WHO YOU ARE:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of channel/partner sales experience
  • 2+ years of Real Estate experience (either as an agent, within a brokerage, or working for a proptech company)
  • Networker, go-getter, proactive approach, high-activity & high-output
  • Experience cold calling and setting introductory meetings over the phone
  • Self-starter with low ego
  • Strong presentation skills, influential, a closer
  • Ability to adapt and function effectively and independently within a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Vital networking and relationship-building skills
  • Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
  • Someone who is open to being coached

The compensation for this role will include an 80k base and 80k on-target commission. Commission is uncapped so following a 160k OTE in year 1 we expect successful team members to be looking at 200k+.
