Position Overview
Reggora is seeking detail-oriented, tech-enabled professionals to join our team as W-2 Property Data Collectors. In this role, you will perform on-site property data collection at residential properties to support modern valuation programs, including those aligned with Freddie Mac ACE+ PDR and Fannie Mae Value Acceptance + Property Data initiatives.
This is a field-based, production-oriented role where quality and completeness matter. You will be responsible for collecting accurate, reliable property data during each visit using mobile tools and standardized workflows (including but not limited to, photos, measurement scans, and data).
Successful candidates consistently:
- Deliver complete, high-quality inspection submissions with minimal QC feedback or rework
- Use mobile technology effectively to capture photos, scans, and data in a structured way
- Manage their schedule and availability to support timely order completion
- Communicate professionally with property contacts and represent Reggora in the field
This role requires independence, attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined processes while meeting clear quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site residential property inspections within assigned geographic areas
- Capture complete property data in a single visit, including:
- Full interior and exterior high-quality photo sets following program guidelines
- Continuous floor-level scans
- Complete questionnaire documenting property condition, quality, and notable features
- Follow standardized scan methodology to produce accurate, reliable floor plans with minimal alignment issues or rework
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely submission through the Reggora platform
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, occupants, real estate agents, and internal teams
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and data integrity requirements
Required Qualifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Ability to use mobile applications for scanning, photography, and data entry in the field
- iOS device with LiDAR capability (e.g., iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or equivalent iPad Pro)
- Ability to work independently and manage a field-based schedule
- A car and valid driver’s license
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and perform light physical activity
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with homeowners and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property inspections, appraisal support, or construction
- Familiarity with residential building components and terminology
- Experience with property data collection, inspection tools, or floor plan software
Work Location:
- Candidates based in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island are preferred

Compensation
- Hourly pay varies by market based on cost of labor and demand
- Expected range: $25 - $30 per hour
- Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and market conditions
- Additional compensation may be provided for travel beyond standard service areas
