About the Role
At RMA, we're on a mission to redefine reputation management in real estate with our cutting-edge SaaS platform. As we enter a pivotal phase of rapid expansion, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager who's ready to steer our product strategy through this exciting period of growth. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is eager to drive innovation within our industry.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You'll be at the heart of our efforts to scale, tasked with developing product strategies that resonate with our target market, meet our business objectives, and outpace our competition. This role demands a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational hustle, and a user-centric approach, all while maintaining a collaborative and team-first attitude.


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and refine the product's vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities
  • Planning: Craft and maintain a compelling product roadmap that balances innovation, customer needs, and business priorities
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to bring product initiatives to life, ensuring seamless execution and alignment
  • Market & User Insight: Deeply understand the market, competitors, and our users to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
  • Data Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform decisions and measure the impact of product features and enhancements
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the needs and feedback of our users within the organization, ensuring that the product delivers maximum value
  • Agile & Adaptive Execution: Lead with agility and resilience, adapting strategies as needed in response to feedback, market changes, and new insights
  • Team Development: Mentor and support team members, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and collaboration

Your Experience & Profile:

  • User Centric: Always puts the user first, making decisions based on improving their experience and Satisfaction
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; or MBA
