About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the London area. This is a full-time position with flexibility for on-site or hybrid work. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new leads, building strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales (required).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry or related ecosystems (preferred).

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and technologies is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
