Role Description

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for leading account activities, developing and implementing account management strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and achieving retention targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

  • Strategy Development for Accounts, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and technologies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
