Who we are

Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Client Campaign Specialist to join our Brivity Leads department. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including Google Local Services, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and technical website optimization, while maintaining seamless internal communication with the director, team supervisor, and other team members. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and knowledgeable in digital marketing platforms, link-building strategies, and coding basics, with a strong collaborative approach to supporting the team’s goals.

What is expected of you

Campaign Implementation:

  • Create, Build, Monitor, optimize, and report utilizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and
    SEO platforms.
  • Implement and manage tasks. Set up and maintain access to platforms, including
    Google Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Trouble Shoot campaign performance reports, identify potential issues, and address red
    flags proactively.

Team Collaboration:

  • Communicate campaign updates, progress, and issues with the director, team
    supervisor, and other team members via Slack and scheduled meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and workflows within HubSpot CRM to streamline team
    processes.
  • Create support tickets in HubSpot for any technical or operational issues requiring
    resolution.

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Conduct audits by analyzing Reports versus tracking CRM leads and identifying
    discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend actionable changes to enhance
    performance.
  • Analyze campaign data and link-building progress to optimize strategies and improve
    ROI.

What you need to possess

  • Proficiency in Google Local Services, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience with link-building strategies and tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Familiarity with basic website optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge in managing tracking pixels, tags, and analytics.
  • Experience using platforms like HubSpot, CRM’s, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Slack.
  • Action Oriented with the ability to follow an SOP and implement technical instructions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
  • A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.

Our selection and assessment process is not for the faint of heart. It is tedious but just. It takes some time but it is absolutely worth it as it sets you up for success from Day 1.

Step 1: Career Consultation | In this step, you meet with our career consultants for about 30-45 minutes to discuss the job opportunities in our organization relative to the ones you are looking for. We also make sure that you have the right technology to carry out the job from the comfort of your home.

Step 2: Brivity Bootcamp | In this step, we equip you with information about our platform, Brivity, and assess your ability to apply this knowledge in a simulated real estate environment. The entire bootcamp runs for two weeks with screen-in assessment at the end of every week. As you will be supporting our platform users, it is imperative that you pass all the assessments required during this step.

Step 3: Client Match | While in Brivity Bootcamp, you will be given the opportunity to meet with potential clients. During this time, you are empowered to assess each job opportunity we present to you. Our intention is to get you matched to a client the soonest time possible!

Salary: Up to Php 67,500 per month depending on skill/experience
