Location: Bellingham, WA (On-Site Position)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator with expertise in endpoint management of both Windows and Mac computers using Kaseya VSA and Jamf. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in system administration and proficiency in Google Workspace, Okta, HubSpot, Windows OS, and Mac OS. This is an on-site position, and the successful candidate must work regularly from our Bellingham office.

Responsibilities:

  • Endpoint Management:
    • Administer and optimize Kaseya VSA for efficient Windows computer management.
    • Utilize Jamf to manage and support Mac computers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • System Administration:
    • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
    • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of systems and services.
  • Google Workspace and Cloud Services:
    • Administer and optimize Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for the organization.
    • Manage cloud-based services, ensuring seamless integration and user support.
  • Identity and Access Management:
    • Administer Okta for identity and access management, including user provisioning and security policies.
    • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Software and Application Management:
    • Administer and support software applications, including HubSpot.
    • Ensure software updates, patch management, and license compliance.
  • Operating Systems:
    • Manage Windows OS and Mac OS computers, including system configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
    • Provide technical support to end-users on both platforms.
  • Documentation and SOPs:
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
    • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT tasks.
  • Collaboration and Team Support:
    • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to implement and optimize IT solutions.
    • Mentor and support junior IT staff members.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
    • Minimum of three years of experience in IT systems administration.
    • Expertise in endpoint management using Kaseya VSA and Jamf.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace administration.
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Mac OS.
  • Location Specific:
    • Must be able to work on-site at our Bellingham, WA office on a regular basis.
    • Local candidates or those willing to relocate to Bellingham are preferred.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or equivalent.

Salary: $110,000-135,000 DOE
