What You’re Great At:

You are great at balancing a large set of priorities and executing on company and department initiatives. You have an analytical mind, are comfortable manipulating large data from disparate sources, have strong communication skills and work well with others, can develop management reports to drive strategic decisions and explain what’s happening in the business, and are passionate about scaling and automating financial processes.


What You’ll Do:

  • Create a robust reporting methodology for our Real Estate and Technology businesses
  • Use metrics and analysis to help leadership understand the financial impact of strategies and identify opportunities to optimize business growth
  • Drive scenario planning, develop financial forecasts, and build annual budgets
  • Meet with Real Estate teams monthly to drive profitability and build their financial acumen
  • Design scorecards/dashboards and standard reporting packages
  • Complete due diligence of prospective real estate teams
  • Support in audits
  • Drive the scaling and automation of financial processes
  • Support the preparation of board material


Skills You Have:

  • Knowledge of accounting/core finance processes and standard finance systems (Netsuite, Power BI)
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication
  • Experience with database querying and analysis
  • Ability to partner with team leads to frame problems, structure analyses, and drive impact
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and modeling skills
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field
  • Experience in SaaS business preferred

Salary: $51,000- $65,000 per year DOE
