Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for a self-starting Lead Generation Specialist to advocate for our client’s business through lead generation and management. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, an insatiable appetite for growth, and excellent conversational skills in English.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Brivity CRM to improve the operational activities of the Client based on priorities, including lead generation and database management.
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
  • Conduct lead follow-up and nurture until appointments are set.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Prior telemarketing experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers and customers both in written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
  • A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.

Salary: Php 32,000 - Php 67,500 depending on skill/experience
