We are Brivity VA. Like PLACE Inc, we are a division of The Ben Kinney Companies. We are responsible for sourcing, hiring, training, and managing virtual professionals that support the entire BKCO organization.

We are looking for a self-starting Social Media Specialist to advocate for our client’s business through creation and execution of promotional strategies. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, an insatiable appetite for growth, and a strong understanding of social media platforms!

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in partnership with the Client and the leadership team.
  • Plan and execute successful events including, but not limited to, trade shows, conferences, open houses, customer loyalty and recognition events, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Develop and improve marketing collaterals whether for printing or social online networking.
  • Manage the Client’s online presence including social media platforms and business websites.
  • Leverage marketing analytics to provide insights for reaching new customers.
  • Oversee and manage other marketing related activities.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
  • 2 years or more of marketing experience
  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other editing tools
  • Experience in creating marketing content either through graphic design or video production.
  • Creative, collaborative, and results oriented.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.

Salary: Php32,000 - Php67,500 per month depending on skill/experience level
