We are the newest division of The Ben Kinney Company and we’re looking for a self-starting Property Management Specialist to advocate for our client’s business through management of all real estate transactions from pre-listing to close. The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside the client during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an insatiable appetite for growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Applications and Supporting Documents.
  • Verifying income and rental history.
  • Screening Applications and determining Approval or Denial of Applicants.
  • Utilizing Templates for emails, standard to Orlando Realty and Property Management.
  • Ordering, Reviewing, Sending, and Coordinating full Lease Packets.
  • Utilizing Google Docs to keep the Leasing Department organized.
  • Utilizing the ZOOM App to communicate with applicants, landlords, in-office staff, etc.
  • Replying to emails in a timely manner.
  • Making follow up calls to prospective tenants.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Must be able to draft and send emails and messages to clients. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, should have fluency and not have to think of what to say, words should come out very naturally in addition to advanced writing skills and vocabulary.
  • Comfortable with making calls and know how to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Great phone personality but be able to be stern and to handle objections and answer any questions.
  • Have great "emotional intelligence", who can understand each customer's situation.
  • Should be "coachable", willing to learn new skills, and can follow directions.
  • Someone who can work independently, resourceful to find things on their own.
  • Someone that is open to feedback without being offended, willing to make mistakes, and be ok when the company tells them how to improve.
  • Must be able to have the great judgment of situations, to decide how/when to act accordingly.
  • Good at setting timelines, deadlines and fulfilling expectations.
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Should be very hard-working, comfortable with having a lot to do all the time.
  • Great multi-tasker, able to prioritize and have great time management skills.

Job Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 1yr of experience as Property Manager in the US/CA real estate market.
  • Preferably with AppFolio experience, although not required
  • High C and S adaptive personality traits (DISC Profile).
  • At least B2-Upper Intermediate English proficiency..
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and property management tools.
  • Detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently following the client’s business hours (Pacific, Central, Eastern, Mountain).
  • A workstation that meets the Company’s technical requirements.
Salary: Php 32,000 - Php 50,000 per month
