Brivity VA, a brand of PLACE, is looking for an experienced project manager who will guide both our new and existing Customers through web design & development projects that differentiate their business online and grow their qualified leads! The ideal candidate for this position is organized, collaborative, a strategic planner who is conscious of scope and timelines, and highly customer focused.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish project scope based on client’s budget, business, technical, creative, and strategic goals
• Expertly prepare for all client meetings and lead all calls with investment, energy, and enthusiasm
• Ensure project/updates scope is clearly defined to client and internally and that work is done on time and within budget
• Gather content from client as needed and make sure client is fully aware of what is needed when to avoid project delays
• Serve as the liaison between the creative team and the client to establish expectations, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and more
• Work with design team to make sure that client vision is accurately represented in designs created/presented
• Create successfully achieved project timelines that define expected completion dates, milestones, and who is responsible for each task
• Take full ownership on all account activities to be the single point of contact both internally and to client
• Create requirements documents, design specifications, technical specifications, project schedules, project documentation, and other deliverables
• Take ownership of QA testing to make sure work being done by the team is meeting or exceeding client’s expectations
