The Partner Services Specialist, reporting to the Sr. Partner Services Representative and reporting to the Director of Partner Services, is responsible for supporting PLACE Operators after launch. You are responsible for using excellent, in-depth knowledge of the PLACE toolkit and value offerings. You have a passion for supporting customers and recognize the value of providing prompt and exceptional service to create life-long partnerships. You are a resourceful problem-solver and are comfortable working autonomously.

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Some flexibility in hours is allowed.
Salary- $50,000-$57,0000 DOE
