What You’ll Do: You are the primary project manager and point of contact for all incoming PLACE partners and their technical migration to the PLACE version of Brivity. Right now our focus is on migrations from other systems into Brivity, but also conversion of existing Brivity customers is a process that should be documented and improved in the future.

Key Deliverables
  • Overall Migration Project Tracking System
  • Deliver proactive, consistent 2x a week updates to migrating partners
  • Create Intake Processes that better set expectations with our partners on timelines, functionality, business strategy, etc.
  • Ensure Brivity Training Plan and Migration Plan are optimized and synchronized for the best partner experience

You are the orchestrator of three pillars:
1. Product Launch
2. Data Migrations
3. Training and Agent Onboarding

KPIs - Complete Brivity Migrations of New PLACE Partners Successfully
  • Timing - complete 90% of migration activities within 60 Days. (30 Days when volume is lower.)

  • Maintain 90% CSAT for Launch Process - measured from Operators and Ops Leaders separately

Salary: $ 70,000-$80,000 DOE
