What We’re Looking For
Perchwell is scaling our mobile experience to match the growth of our platform. Our iOS app is a core part of how real estate professionals search, collaborate, and serve their clients, and we’re looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to help us scale and evolve it.
This role offers broad ownership: you’ll contribute across all parts of the app, drive feature development end-to-end, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
As part of our small, collaborative team, you will be involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle from refining ideas and shaping design, to implementing, testing, and scaling features in production. You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our processes, tech stack, and architecture as we continue to grow our team, business, and technology.

What You’ll Do
Design, build, and release new client-facing features in Swift that are fast, stable, and effective
Collaborate with backend, product, and design partners to ship high-quality, user-friendly experiences
Maintain and improve existing features while contributing to test coverage and reliability
Participate in code reviews and help define engineering best practices
Take ownership of QA and release cycles as part of a “you build it, you run it” cultureInfluence the direction of the iOS codebase, architecture, and overall mobile strategy
Required For The Role
5+ years proven experience in designing, building, refactoring, and releasing Native iOS applications using industry standard patterns.
Strong proficiency in Swift and UIKit
Understand and implement iOS specific design patterns such as MVP, MVC, and MVVM
Familiarity with networking libraries and API integrations
Ability to understand, debug and optimize large and complex code bases
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
Self-motivated and proactive - able to identify problems and drive solutions without heavy oversight
Preferred Qualifications
Past experience working within medium-to-large scale complex software systems that have successfully been delivered to customers on-schedule
Familiarity with accessibility best practices in iOS development
Appreciation for (and the ability to create) simple, intuitive UI
Background working on small, high-ownership engineering teams
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
Salary Information
To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base salary ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Our ranges are based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, job-related knowledge and depth of work experience.
The compensation for this position is $160-$200K base salary + equity + benefits
