Who We Are

Perchwell is the modern data and workflow platform for real estate professionals and consumers. Based on the industry’s foundational data, Perchwell builds a modern software suite to empower real estate professionals to do their best work, provide differentiated service to their clients, and grow their businesses.

Backed by Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and some of the country’s leading Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), Perchwell builds next generation workflow software/data products for the multi-trillion dollar residential real estate industry. Perchwell is the first new entrant to come to market in decades and is currently scaling its best-in-class platform.

What We’re Looking For:

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience of Perchwell’s platform across mobile and web. You will contribute to the evolution of our design system and user interfaces while exemplifying product design excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

You have strong experience designing thoughtful, intuitive user interfaces—especially in mobile environments—and understand how to balance user needs with technical constraints. You’re rigorous in your craft, clear in your communication, and hold yourself and others to a high standard of usability and polish. You enjoy untangling complexity and turning it into simple, elegant native mobile applications that empower users.

You will work closely with our Design lead, Product Managers, and Engineers to move high-impact projects forward. You will also partner with our growing design team to improve design processes, shape our internal design language, and contribute to a culture of design quality and innovation.

We’re building tools that real estate professionals rely on every day to run their business––craftsmanship, intent, and customer-focus are our north stars.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Design intuitive, elegant mobile-first experiences that support real estate professionals in the field

  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Translate complex workflows into simple, delightful mobile interactions

  • Iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing

  • Contribute to and evolve our cross-platform design system

  • Work across both mobile and responsive web experiences as needed

  • Build and maintain native mobile design systems and design libraries

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio of native/hybrid mobile app work for iOS and/or Android

  • A product thinker who can balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with acute attention to detail

  • Experience collaborating in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

  • Ready to hit the ground running on Figma projects and libraries

  • Empathy and understanding of how to advocate for user experience with peer teams like engineering, operations and business.

  • Bonus: Experience with enterprise tools, real estate tech, or data-rich platforms
