What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Marketer to own Perchwell’s go-to-market strategy and be the founding member of the GTM team. This is an exciting opportunity to create marketing strategies that continue to establish Perchwell as a stand alone in the industry.

The ideal candidate operates at all levels – including end to end strategy and execution – and is curious, action-oriented, and excited about building in a high-growth company in a rapidly evolving industry. You’ll collaborate across the organization to better understand our target customers, create positioning and messaging to help us stand out, and think through the buyer's journey across platforms. You’ll also be a subject matter expert in all areas related to Perchwell’s brand, history, customers, vision, and in positioning Perchwell strategically in the market.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, build, and launch customer-driven positioning and messaging for both our current and future products, features, and integrations that emphasizes Perchwell’s unique position in the market and tells Perchwell’s story

  • Shape our approach to competition in the market by owning intelligence gathering, creating personas for the MLS market, and developing strategies for a complex niche industry

  • Tackle local customer acquisition strategies, thinking creatively about both strategy and execution in geographically-constrained markets

  • Develop and evangelize industry, market, and product expertise with cross functional teams

  • Become an expert in understanding Perchwell’s customers – including their pain points and how our solutions can help to build trust and grow those relationships

  • Support new 0-1 motions, including but not limited to market research, customer calls, focus groups, pricing strategy, and launch planning

  • Core member of the GTM leadership team and collaborates with the Customer Success, Product, Design, and Sales teams to drive product adoption with thoughtful customer programs to educate our customers on the value of Perchwell’s product

Required for the Role

  • 6-10 years of work experience in B2B product marketing roles

  • Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS companies and/or startup environments

  • Experience building compelling narratives resulting in slide decks, scripts, and campaigns for a wide variety of audiences within niche markets

  • Skilled strategist and researcher with the ability to quickly grasp market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning in evolving markets

  • Metrics-driven and focused on impactful results

  • Strong understanding of and empathy for internal and external stakeholders and customers

  • Team player who enjoys working cross functionally

  • Self-starter who is wildly curious, comfortable with ambiguity, comfortable leading projects, embraces a fast-paced environment, and encourages a growth mindset.

In this role, you’ll work out of our New York City Office in Soho Manhattan 4 days/week.

  • PR background

  • Experience working with enterprise customers and partner marketing

  • Copywriting experience

  • Experience with the real estate industry

  • Design experience (Figma, etc.)

  • Content management experience

Salary Range

The compensation for this position is $165K-$205K base salary + equity + benefits
