About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our high-performing Revenue team. As a BDR, you are the critical first point of contact and the engine of our new customer acquisition strategy.

Your primary mission is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients who align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). We are building a predictable, efficient, and scalable growth machine , and you will be instrumental in generating the high-quality pipeline necessary to achieve our ambitious expansion goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a data-driven culture and is eager to leverage cutting-edge technology, especially AI and automation, to maximize their sales productivity.

What you’ll Do

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Proactively generate qualified sales opportunities by executing targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, and social selling) to prospects in defined target markets.
  • Expert Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery and qualification calls to assess prospect needs, challenges, and fit with our solutions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality handoff to the Account Executive team.
  • Leverage AI and Automation: Act as an early adopter of our AI-native Go-to-Market (GTM) approach. Utilize automated research tools and Al-enhanced messaging to personalize communications and significantly reduce time spent on Non-Revenue-Generating Activities (NRGA).
  • Ensure Alignment: Collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a unified GTM strategy, consistent messaging, and a smooth prospect experience from lead to qualified opportunity.
  • Data Quality and Insight: Maintain impeccable standards for data quality and CRM hygiene. Document all activities and provide constructive feedback to leadership regarding lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous training and hack-a-thons focused on figuring out "the art of the possible" with new sales techniques and emerging Al technologies.
