About the Team & Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales - Service Pros to join our growing vertical for service professionals such as contractors, home improvement specialists, painters, movers, and general contractors.
We operate lean and are committed to excellence while delivering a superior customer experience for our homeowners, agents, and partners. We already have thousands of relationships that we need to start tapping into. When you start, you'd immediately focus on building the Service Pros pipeline with warm and cold outreach, qualifying these leads and closing a high volume of deals. Long term, you would have directly impacted the success of this segment.
This role will report directly to Chief Growth Officer and is a full-time, remote role. NYC-based candidates have the option to work hybrid in our HQ at One World Trade.
What You'll Handle
Sales Development & Pipeline Building
Execute warm outreach to service providers we've worked with through previous partnerships
Conduct cold outreach via phone, text, and email directly to service professional executives
Research and build pipeline of qualified prospects in the contractor and service professional space
Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop scalable, strategic targeting approaches
Identify high-performing segments and strategically focus efforts on those opportunities
Deal Closing & Revenue Generation
Independently demo and present Notable's Service Pro loan products to qualified leads
Close deals with service professionals across home improvement, moving, painting, and general contracting industries
Drive additional loan volume growth by partnering with our internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate on driving adoption among large partners to support ongoing sales efforts
Incorporate customer feedback with internal Sales and Product teams so we can improve our products in real time, and provide a magical experience to our customers
Leverage data from CRM tools (HubSpot) to extract insights informing our business-critical go-to-market strategy
What You Bring to the Team:
7+ years of successful full-cycle, consultative sales experience in the Service Professional, Home Improvement, or Home Lending industries
1-3 years managing a sales team (+more experience is welcome!)
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales goals and driving results in competitive environments
Experience selling new products into established industries with demonstrated ability to navigate market challenges
Strong collaboration skills with internal Sales and Product teams, incorporating customer feedback into product iteration
High emotional intelligence with proven ability to influence and win over stakeholders
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
Analytical approach leveraging CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to extract insights and inform go-to-market strategy
Experience with pipeline building and prospecting in B2B sales environments
Bonus if you have existing relationships with Service Professionals (home improvement, moving, painting, general contracting)!
The on-target earnings for this position range from $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 annually. That is, the base compensation for this position equals $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 (annually) plus Notable's Service Pros Sales Commission Plan, targeted at $50,000.00 annually for 100% attainment.
