About The Team & Role
We are seeking a Director of Sales - Service Pros to join our growing Service Professional vertical - a new and exciting segment for Notable with tremendous growth potential. Service professionals such as contractors, home improvement specialists, painters, movers, and general contractors represent a lucrative market for us, and we are on the precipice of a massive influx of pipeline.
We operate lean and are committed to excellence while delivering a superior customer experience for our homeowners, agents, and partners. We already have thousands of relationships that we need to start tapping into. When you start, you'd immediately focus on building the Service Pros pipeline with warm and cold outreach, qualifying these leads and closing a high volume of deals. Long term, you would have directly impacted the success of this segment and positioned Notable as a market leader.
This role will report directly to Chief Growth Officer and is a full-time, remote role. NYC-based candidates have the option to work hybrid in our HQ at One World Trade.
What You'll Handle
Sales Development & Pipeline Building
The on-target earnings for this position is $140,000.00 annually. That is, the base compensation for this position equals $90,000.00 (annually) plus Notable's Service Pros Sales Commission Plan, targeted at $50,000.00 annually for 100% attainment.
Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Notable's total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include short or long-term incentive compensation (e.g. bonus and/or commission) as well as equity. If hired, employees will be in an 'at-will position' and Notable reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

What You'll Handle
Sales Development & Pipeline Building
- Execute warm outreach to 5,000+ contractor companies we've previously paid through Compass partnerships
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, text, and email directly to service professional executives
- Research and build pipeline of qualified prospects in the contractor and service professional space
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer to develop scalable, strategic targeting approaches
- Identify high-performing segments and strategically focus efforts on those opportunities
- Independently demo and present Notable's Service Pro loan products to qualified leads
- Close deals with service professionals across home improvement, moving, painting, and general contracting industries
- Drive additional loan volume growth by partnering with our internal team to ensure a seamless onboarding for new clients
- Collaborate on driving adoption among large partners to support ongoing sales efforts
- Incorporate customer feedback with internal Sales and Product teams so we can improve our products in real time, and provide a magical experience to our customers
- Leverage data from CRM tools (HubSpot) to extract insights informing our business-critical go-to-market strategy
- At 30 days, you will have learned the product and pitch, and have made a dent in warm outreach
- At 60 days, you will have sold over 100+ new service professionals already
- At 90 days, you will have begun driving loan volume from service professionals in collaboration with our internal Onboarding partner
- At 6 months, you will drive 6+ loans per day from service professionals
- At 1 year, you will be driving 12+ loans per day from service professionals and helping us build what’s next!
- 7+ years of successful full-cycle, consultative sales experience in the Service Professional, Home Improvement, or Home Lending industries
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales goals and driving results in competitive environments
- Experience selling new products into established industries with demonstrated ability to navigate market challenges
- Strong collaboration skills with internal Sales and Product teams, incorporating customer feedback into product iteration
- High emotional intelligence with proven ability to influence and win over stakeholders
- Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives
- Analytical approach leveraging CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to extract insights and inform go-to-market strategy
- Experience with pipeline building and prospecting in B2B sales environments
