About the Team & Role
We are seeking a first-of-function Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enable our real estate agent partners to effectively present Notable's financing solutions to home sellers. This role will focus primarily on creating compelling marketing collateral, as well as building agent enablement programs, and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives to drive growth.
We have a dynamic, lean team that is committed to excellence and delivering a superior customer experience for our homeowners, agents, and partners. Our marketing reflects this. When you start, you’d immediately focus on assessing our current marketing assets, identifying gaps, and quickly improving our areas of highest impact.
This role will report directly to the Director of Agent Sales and is a full-time, remote role. NYC-based candidates have the option to work hybrid in our HQ at One World Trade.
What You’ll Handle
Content Creation:
- Create external facing collateral including print and digital marketing in partnership with our Sales team to present to the brokerages/agents
- Develop compelling content our agents can present to home sellers to drive adoption of Notable’s products
- Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand and effectively communicate our value proposition
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Devise comprehensive marketing plans to reach and engage real estate agents
- Create, launch, monitor, and iterate on marketing campaigns in HubSpot
- Implement attribution marketing to determine performing channels and develop customer segmentation strategies
- Evolve our marketing tech stack to achieve our goals
Product Influence:
- For Notable’s Resource Center: Contribute material improvements to Notable’s Resource Center content, further enabling our agents’ success
- For our Loan Application Flow: Solicit feedback from our customers and internal teams to influence the content direction in this product
Data-driven Performance Enhancements:
- Build our marketing reporting function from the ground up
- Analyze email marketing metrics (e.g. open rates, CTRs, CVRs) in the reporting dashboards you’ll create and continuously improve
- Provide actionable insights to improve metrics and uplevel our marketing function
What You Bring to the Team:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or channel marketing, ideally at property technology startups or real estate brokerages
- Proven track record of launching new marketing initiatives and building effective marketing programs
- History of crafting compelling written marketing content (print and digital)
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (preferred) or other similar CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven marketing approach, with the ability to build your own dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various disciplines in a remote environment

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 (annually). Compensation may vary outside the listed range, based on a number of factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. The compensation range listed is just one component of Notable’s total compensation package for employees. Total compensation packages, depending on the position, may also include short or long-term incentive compensation (e.g. bonus and/or commission) as well as equity. If hired, employees will be in an ‘at-will position’ and Notable reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
