About the Role:

Notable is searching for a Director of Agent Sales to lead and scale our sales team, driving the adoption of our pre-sale home improvement financing solution. In this strategic leadership role you will operate as a ‘player-coach’, leading a team of high-performing Senior Account Executives, partner closely with sales operations, and develop strategies to deepen relationships with real estate brokerages, agents, contractor networks, and other distribution partners.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with a proven track record of scaling sales teams, building strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional results. While this is a remote role, we prefer candidates based in New York City or the surrounding regions due to our HQ’s location as well as NY’s stronghold in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Leadership

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share expansion among signed partnerships
  • Lead by example, coach, and inspire a team of Senior Account Executives to exceed sales goals
  • Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement

Partner Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at partner real estate brokerages, contractor based organizations, and more
  • Collaborate with brokerage leadership, as well as productive agents, and marketing teams to create initiatives that drive product adoption and awareness
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-stakes partner issues, providing solutions to maintain and strengthen relationships

Operational Excellence

  • Optimize sales processes, including CRM management, pipeline tracking, and reporting, to ensure operational efficiency
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Partner with product and operations teams to integrate feedback and enhance the product experience
  • Partner with marketing to come up with creative ways to drive adoption

Team Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped to meet evolving business needs
  • Build a culture of collaboration, learning, fun, and accountability across the sales organization
  • Support team members in conducting impactful presentations and training sessions for real estate agents

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a strong preference for real estate or related industries
  • Proven track record of scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue goals
  • Deep knowledge of real estate brokerage operations and consultative selling practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging alongside senior executives
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools to inform data-driven decisions
  • Ability to travel as needed (25%+)
