Responsibilities
- Build and execute new partner kickoff and onboarding presentations for high level leadership and sales management.
- Own the new partner onboarding and training processes by collaborating with sales, operations, and legal to ensure successful launch of partnerships.
- Own the ongoing partner relationship by interfacing with partner leadership, partner agents, and coordinating support with internal teams.
- Define and own sales key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement of the support process, ensuring that performance objectives are met or exceeded.
- Create and lead continuing sales and education training for partners.
- Proactively work to generate strong relationships with key stakeholders at the partner organization in order to anticipate questions, concerns.
- Generate feedback from partners to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in the real estate (or adjacent) industry with success in consultative selling and growing real estate products, leadership position preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the nature of brokerage and agent operations.
- Demonstrated experience working with complex, collaborative partnerships to deliver solutions.
- Collaboration and communication skills that allow consensus building and trust with a range of audiences, including C-Suite executives.
- Proven coaching and mentoring skills to build and lead a culturally, professionally, and geographically diverse team.
- Ability to travel and conduct in person partner visits.
