We’re active in 300+ buildings across Spain, Portugal and the UK, and our clients include major players Real Estate and Corporate players. We're now scaling fast and expanding our impact, and we’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to drive the growth of our ecosystem of amenity and service providers.

Your Mission

As our Partnerships Specialist, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind our network of partners. You’ll be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and growing win-win collaborations with the best providers in delivery, wellness, food, mobility, and beyond—unlocking value for residents, tenants, and building operators.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and lead the partnerships strategy in line with Smart Point’s growth and UX goals
• Source and onboard new high-value service providers in Iberia and the UK (last-mile, food, wellness, etc.)
• Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms that are scalable and mutually beneficial
• Collaborate with product and ops to ensure seamless integration of partners into our platform
• Track performance, optimize partner success, and build long-term relationships
• Identify new verticals and innovation opportunities that enhance our service ecosystem

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy roles (ideally in startups, mobility, proptech, or platforms)
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A mix of strategic thinking + hands-on hustle
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, sales, and ops
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Passion for innovation, user experience, and changing the way we live and work
• Available to travel across Iberia and the UK (Up to 10% of the time, and mostly to Madrid, Lisbon and London)
