We’ve deployed hundreds of Smart Points and continue to scale rapidly across Spain, Portugal and the UK. To support this growth, we’re hiring a Network & Hardware Operations Coordinator to lead our installation, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
The Role:You’ll be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of our physical Smart Point network — from coordinating installations and onboarding to managing maintenance, logistics, and supplier relationships. This role is essential to making sure our physical operations run smoothly and efficiently, and it’s perfect for someone who’s operationally strong, resourceful, and great at getting things done.
Responsibilities: Installation & Network Operations- Oversee the end-to-end installation process of Smart Points across residential, office, and public spaces
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely and seamless deployments
- Follow and enforce installation and onboarding checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Act as point of contact for any technical or logistical issues during rollout
- Own the maintenance process across the network — from proactive checks to incident resolution
- Coordinate with remote support and field technicians to ensure rapid response to issues
- Track performance of the network and propose improvements to reduce downtime
- Manage relationships with hardware manufacturers, suppliers, and component vendors
- Source better or more cost-effective solutions where needed
- Maintain stock levels of parts, units, and tools across multiple locations
- Coordinate shipping, transport, and warehousing partners to ensure timely deliveries and installations
- Track operational KPIs and installation timelines
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose system or workflow improvements
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success to feed operational insights into product development
- 3–5 years of experience in field operations, logistics, hardware deployment, or supply chain management
- Higher learning studies in the field of work or something similar
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience managing third-party contractors and suppliers
- Familiarity with technical or IoT products is a plus
- Experience with project management softwares
- Comfortable working in Spanish or English
