Our Revenue team is growing and we’re searching for a talented, ambitious and experienced Account Executive to join our Barcelona team, with responsibility for Sales and Account Management in Iberia.
The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Account Executive who has a proven track record in selling proptech solutions to the most important Residential and Office Real Estate Investment Managers, Asset Managers and big corporations in Iberia, using a client-centric consultative approach.
We are looking for a highly creative person with a can-do attitude, that's great at lead generation and is very results oriented.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring the quality of the leads
- Originating, managing and closing deals: you will move the deals down the sales funnel, maximising conversion rate and learning what works and what doesn’t
- Own the client journey, delivering from pitch to installation.
- Managing client relationships, being a key point of contact for every client-related aspect.
You will fit in perfectly with us if:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of proptech sales experience (ideally, smart lockers / last mile logistics related), and over 10 years of Sales experience, meeting and exceeding targets.
- You have a strong institutional real estate network in Iberia (facility managers / asset managers / big RE portfolios)
- You are a people person
- You work in a structured and professional manner. You love processes and document your work.
- You are passionate about the Smart Point product and what it offers to its clients and users
- You are data driven and customer centric
- You are naturally creative and inquisitive
- You have a positive spirit, think big and are willing to work within our company values: Respect, Integrity and Productivity
- You’re fluent in both Spanish and English
- You like startup environments, are very hands-on and never say “that’s not my job”.
