What You’ll Do
As a Fitness Manager at lulafit, you will be responsible for the management of your assigned site(s), leading personal training activities and group fitness programming.

How You'll Do It

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the fitness center and/or amenity space, including compliance and general upkeep of the facility
  • Support member satisfaction and engagement
  • Problem solve, address immediate issues, and deliver excellent customer service Lead fitness center tours, manage and build on membership base
  • Act as the head personal trainer, drive personal training revenue
  • Lead group fitness classes. Increase engagement and growth of group exercise
  • Design the schedule of group fitness classes, tailor programming to client needs
  • Support the development of other instructors and trainers
  • Plan and execute fitness programming and events for building tenants
  • Support member communication & marketing efforts
  • Site lead responsibilities in absence of General Manager
  • Support the Operations Team with other projects and tasks related to increasing client engagement and member experience

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in the fitness industry
  • 1-3+ years of previous management experience within a gym or fitness center
  • Personal Training certification from national organization (NSCA, NASM, ACE)
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications
  • Group fitness certification(s)
