Want to help build a world-class technology organization? Landis is looking for a Partnerships Director to join our growing team.

At Landis, you will be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth.

This is a full-time position that is based in New York City.

Where you will make an impact:

  • Build out the partnerships team by creating a playbook to drive repeatable and scalable acquisitions across multiple channels
  • Develop commercial relationships with companies in the broader mortgage and homeownership ecosystems (e.g. mortgage lenders, proptech / fintech companies, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a network of ancillary services (e.g. movers, credit card companies, etc.) which meet our clients' needs while also providing revenue diversification
  • Operationalize, manage and grow B2B partnerships by working closely with our sales, client success, product and engineering teams
  • Consistently utilize analytics to measure the impact and viability of the partnerships
  • Roll up your sleeves and get out of your comfort zone to reach growth targets

Your experience:

  • 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in partnerships or enterprise sales in fintech, proptech or mortgages
  • BA required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred

We are offering a base salary of $120k - $160k based on relevant work experience along with bonus potential that is paid yearly and equity in the company.
