So, what’s the role?

Kin is in hyper-growth mode, and in order to meet our growth goals, we need to hire talented individuals all across the company; especially on our Operations team! That’s where you come in. We're looking for a highly organized, growth minded Recruiter for our high volume roles to continue to grow our company. As a Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers in Sales, Customer Support, and Training to build teams and advise on hiring strategies to hire the right people for every job. You may also have the opportunity to work on special projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent.

A day in the life could include:

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment for high volume searches, and employing creative sourcing approaches along the way to attract top Operations talent

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand departmental needs and develop role-specific recruiting strategies, building high-trust relationships with internal stakeholders as you communicate weekly progress updates and feedback to senior leadership

  • Building sourcing and hiring strategies to ensure fair, high-quality hiring processes for candidates and internal clients

  • Developing passive candidate sourcing strategies and nurturing techniques to build a proactive candidate pipeline in support of future hiring needs

  • Driving the offer process with candidates including pre-closing, offer extension, negotiation, closing, and generating offer letters.

  • Assisting employer branding efforts, recruitment-specific projects and initiatives, and candidate deliverables.

I’ve got the skills...but do I have the necessary ones?

  • 2+ years experience of full lifecycle recruiting experience within high-growth or agency environments, preferably both

  • Proven experience sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates

  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to toggle between technical and functional terminology across all levels of stakeholders and candidates

  • Experience working consultatively with hiring managers and stakeholders – balancing high-level service and delivery

  • Deep understanding of a successful high-touch experience with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience

  • Ability to prioritize many tasks in a tight timeframe with attention to detail and excellent follow-through in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

  • Capacity to quickly learn and use applicant-tracking software or other recruitment and HRIS systems

  • Last but certainly not least, high EQ and empathy. People are our greatest asset at Kin
